On days with high attendance, transport, accommodation and timings become an essential part of the overall experience.

Staying in a residential area of eastern Madrid can help avoid unnecessary journeys into the city centre and provide a quieter place to rest once the event is over.

How to get there from Vicálvaro

A common public transport route is to take Metro Line 9 to Avenida de América and change to Line 7, which stops at Estadio Metropolitano station. The journey requires one change.

For groups, people with reduced mobility or late-night journeys back, a taxi or ride-hailing service may be a suitable alternative. Journey times will depend on traffic and any special transport arrangements in place for the event.

Before setting off, check the recommended entrance, door opening times and any potential transport restrictions. During major concerts, some streets, stations or access points may operate under special arrangements.

Why an apartment can be a better option for a concert

When several people are travelling together, an apartment makes it possible to share the cost, get ready comfortably and rest in separate bedrooms. It also makes it easier to store luggage, have dinner when you return and organise your departure the following day without depending on restaurant opening hours.

Self check-in is particularly useful because events can finish late. However, guest registration and the access instructions must be completed before heading to the event.

Which apartment to choose for your group

Casa Bandi Huerta: up to 8 guests, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Recommended for groups and families.

Casa Bandi Villardondiego: up to 5 guests, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Casa Bandi Condesa: up to 5 guests, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded, and gatherings or parties are not permitted. The apartments are intended for accommodation and rest, with consideration for the neighbours.

Tips for event day

Download your ticket and save a copy that you can access offline.

Check the policy on permitted items and the maximum bag size.

Have dinner before the event or book in advance, as the area may become very busy.

Use public transport whenever this is recommended as part of the event transport arrangements.

Agree on a meeting point outside the venue in case your group gets separated.

Return quietly and respect the accommodation’s house rules.

Book direct and save

Casa Bandi offers a 10% discount when you book through its official website compared with the standard rate set in Lodgify. Availability may sell out around concert dates, so it is advisable to book your accommodation once your event tickets are confirmed.

The website should always display the final price, any cleaning charges, the cancellation policy and all applicable terms before payment.

Frequently asked questions

Is Casa Bandi near the Metropolitano Stadium?

The apartments are located in Vicálvaro, in eastern Madrid. They are not next to the stadium, but there is a Metro connection with one change: take Line 9 to Avenida de América and then Line 7 to Estadio Metropolitano.

Can I return late after a concert?

Yes. Self check-in allows you to return late, provided that guest registration and the access process have been completed in advance. You should check public transport operating times and keep noise to a minimum when you return.

Are parties allowed in the apartments?

No. The accommodation is intended for overnight stays and rest. Maximum occupancy, building rules and quiet hours must be respected.

Which apartment is best for a group?

Huerta accommodates up to 8 guests. Villardondiego and Condesa accommodate up to 5 guests. Check the bed configuration before booking.

Does the stadium only host football matches?

No. The Metropolitano hosts concerts, shows and other live events, as well as sporting events.

Is there a direct booking discount?

Yes.
